Meet Haus is a candle company in Baltimore, Maryland. Every candle is hand-poured here, and the neighborhood candles are built from real places in the city: Druid Hill, Inner Harbor and Mt. Vernon. We sell at meethaus.co and ship across the United States. There is no walk-in shop, so the website and our market dates are how you buy.

Each one starts with the place and works back to the notes. Druid Hill is Baltimore's largest park, 745 acres of old trees around a reservoir that dates to 1860, so it opens on mandarin and bergamot and settles into sandalwood and musk. Inner Harbor is marine, violet and tonka. Mt. Vernon is peppercorn, leather and juniper.

Most Meet Haus candles are $28.95 for 9 oz. Forest, Bouquet and Black Violet are $24.95, and the sampler is $22.95. Room and linen sprays are $14.50 for 4 oz, or $26.85 for a two-pack. Shipping is free on orders over $75.

A 9 oz Meet Haus candle burns for about 45 to 55 hours and throws enough scent for 450 to 550 square feet, which is a large living room or an open floor plan. On the first burn, let the wax pool edge to edge, usually two to three hours, and trim the wick to a quarter inch before every burn after that.

Meet Haus candles are 100% natural American-grown soy wax, phthalate-free fragrance oil and a lead-free cotton wick, with no paraffin and no dyes. The fragrance is built to fill a room. If you want a candle you have to lean over to smell, this is the wrong one.

Yes. Meet Haus ships anywhere in the United States and to 27 countries abroad, including Canada, the UK, much of Europe, Australia and Japan. Standard US shipping takes 3 to 7 business days, expedited options show up at checkout, and US orders over $75 ship free; international orders ship by USPS or DHL Express at the rate shown at checkout.
