Free shipping on US orders of $75 or more.

Under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout by UPS or USPS, based on your address and the weight of the order.

When it ships

We pack orders in 1 to 3 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it leaves Baltimore.

How long it takes

• United States: 2 to 5 business days after it ships.
• Canada and international: we ship to Canada and select countries by USPS or DHL Express. The rate and delivery estimate show at checkout. Duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there's no separate customs bill waiting at delivery.

On orders of $25 or more, we hand-deliver in Baltimore within 12 hours, and you'll get a text when your order is on the way. Delivery covers these zip codes, and checkout offers it automatically if yours is one of them:

Local pickup in Baltimore

Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order at the Made In Baltimore Store in the Inner Harbor. It is ready within 24 hours. Bring your confirmation email.

Pickup hours: Wednesday to Saturday, 11am to 7pm. Sunday, 12pm to 6pm.

Lost or missing packages

If tracking says your package was delivered and it isn't there, or it hasn't moved, email jmoses@meethaus.co within 45 days of your order date and we'll sort it out.
