As we kick off 2025, we reflect on the successes of last year and look forward to what lies ahead. we want to take a moment to reflect on the past year and extend our heartfelt thanks to all of you. Your support—whether visiting us in stores, shopping online, or braving that icy farmer’s market—has made everything we do possible.
Last year was our very first year selling, and it exceeded all our expectations; however, none of it would have been possible without your incredible support. Thanks to you, the Patchouli Balsam and Spiced Oat Milk Candles became almost famous, gracing shelves at the Made in Baltimore Store and DoubleDutch boutique. We’ve been blown away by your feedback, especially the glowing reviews for the Sanctuary Candle, which has helped many of you create serene, cozy spaces.
Additionally, building on that momentum, we introduced our Room and Linen Spray collection, which quickly became a staple for freshening up everything from stinky coats to well-loved sheets. Rose Oud and Fir Forest were clear favorites, finding their way into homes across Baltimore and beyond. In fact, through Etsy and our online store, we reached customers in seven cities outside of Baltimore—an incredible milestone for a small-batch brand like ours.
As we look ahead to 2025, we’re more excited than ever to continue crafting bold scents, championing sustainability, and bringing artistry into your homes. Here’s a glimpse of what’s to come.
Goal 1: Spring Candle Release (March)
Spring is all about renewal, and what better way to celebrate than with a brand-new candle launching this March? Inspired by my time in Japan, this fragrance captures the essence of the season—fresh, sweet, and full of promise.
However, this isn’t just a spring candle; it’s a year-round reminder of nature’s beauty and the joy of new beginnings. With notes that are fruity-floral, woody, and exotic, this candle will be your go-to for uplifting your space no matter the season.

Goal 2: Expanding Room Spray Collection
The success of our Room and Linen Sprays in 2024 has been a delightful surprise. They’ve found their way into bathrooms, onto sheets, and even onto coats that needed rescuing after a night out. Rose Oud and Fir Forest led the way, but all four sprays have added a touch of elegance and practicality to your homes.
This year, we’re expanding the collection with four new scents, each designed to be cozy, calming, and complex. Inspired by Maryland’s landscapes—from the sea to the mountains—these fragrances will grow and evolve in your space, offering a sophisticated alternative to ordinary air fresheners. We’ll even share behind-the-scenes glimpses of the creative process—because every great scent starts with a story.
Goal 3: New Seasonal Scents
If there’s one thing we learned last year, it’s that seasonal scents have a special way of enhancing life’s moments. In 2025, we’re introducing three new seasonal candles that will bring the magic of fall, summer, and winter to your home.

Goal 4: Curated Bundles
Moreover, we’ve heard how much you love exploring scent combinations, so we’re creating three new curated bundles this year. One of them, the Ethereal Retreat Collection, is designed to transport you to a dreamy sanctuary where earthy herbs, smoky woods, and floral whispers blend seamlessly. Perfect for moments of relaxation and reflection, this bundle offers a sensory journey that’s as calming as it is inspiring.

Last year’s high demand taught us the importance of preparation, so we’re upgrading our equipment to increase production while staying true to our small-batch craftsmanship.
